Responsibilities: • Assist the GM of Operations in tracking all purchased inventory by location • Communicate & track equipment issues or delays • Contact locations upon purchase to determine the status and confirm it's ready for pickup • Keep customers informed on trucks in process or completed • Assist team as needed (ie, parts pickup/local driver shuttle/help admin team with DMV paperwork, etc.) Qualifications: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills utilizing the telephone • Prior account relations experience preferred (any industry) • Strong organizational and time management skills • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask efficiently Compensation: $17 - $20 hourly
