Our client, a well-established and growing company, is seeking a Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator to join their team in Lynnwood, WA. This is a hybrid position offering a combination of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility. The ideal candidate will bring strong logistics experience and a proactive, customer-focused approach to support the West Coast sales region.
About the Role
In this dynamic role, you’ll be responsible for order processing, freight coordination, warehouse communication, and supporting the sales team. This position requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Process and manage customer orders from entry to delivery
Coordinate domestic and international freight and shipping logistics
Work closely with warehouse teams and carriers to ensure on-time and accurate deliveries
Troubleshoot order or delivery issues and ensure excellent customer service
Maintain accurate documentation and update internal systems
Provide regular updates and support to the sales team
Manage both standard and food-grade product shipments
Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in logistics, freight coordination, or supply chain operations
Strong communication and customer service skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks and timelines
Familiarity with freight processes, shipping documentation, and international logistics
Experience with food-grade product handling is a plus
Must be able to work Pacific Time Zone hours
Must be based in the Lynnwood, WA area and available for a hybrid schedule (initial in-office training required)
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $60,000 – $75,000, based on experience
Annual commission potential: $10,000 – $15,000
Additional discretionary bonus based on company performance
