Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Coordinate with shipping and receiving to track incoming and outgoing deliveries.
- Type truck schedules and confirm deliveries with customers.
- Support the Logistics Manager with daily administrative tasks and scheduling.
- Assist in resolving delivery issues and updating customers on shipment status.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and transportation schedules.
- Assist in the preparation of shipping documents and paperwork.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in all logistics activities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in logistics and administrative roles, preferably in a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
