    Location: Albuquerque, NM (87109) in-person

    Duration: Permanent, At-Will

    Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM MTN

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a reliable, tech-savvy, and self-motivated Logistics Coordinator. This position involves shipping logistics, inventory management, troubleshooting, and hardware assembly. The ideal candidate is trustworthy, independent, and able to work efficiently without supervision.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Pack and prepare hardware shipments for customers and internal use.
    • Submit Purchase Order (PO) requests to 3PL partners.
    • Communicate tracking and shipment status to customers and internal teams.
    • Utilize UPS WorldShip to process and track shipments.
    • Update tickets/records in Hubspot.
    • Manage inventory, including receiving, labeling, and organizing hardware components.
    • Maintain accurate records of hardware bundles and shipments.
    • Collaborate with the support team to address customer hardware concerns.
    • Process and report on hardware returns.
    • Assemble and configure hardware components, including POS systems and peripherals.
    • Diagnose and resolve hardware issues.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience as a Logistics Coordinator or in a similar role.
    • Familiarity with UPS WorldShip and shipping/receiving processes.
    • Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
    • Ability to lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs.
    • Ability to successfully pass a background check.
    • Self-starter who can work independently and efficiently.
    • Reliable and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
