  • Responsibilities

    Scope of Position:

    Provide logistical support to ensure the successful execution of Lifeshape projects, while partnering closely with Partnership Managers, Overseas Partners, Project Leaders, and Project Participants. This role directly contributes to advancing Lifeshape’s organizational mission by ensuring that projects are well supported and executed with excellence.

    Reports to: Associate Director of Support Services

    Job Responsibilities:

    1. Coordinate and manage logistics for projects. Communicate with Partnership Managers, Project Leaders, Project Participants, and Partners on project-specific needs. (60%)

    2. Manage and maintain accurate and timely records for project and participant information, and follow up with project participants to ensure the timely completion of all requirements. (10%)

    3. Schedule pre- and post-project calls and participate as needed. (15%)

    4. Monitor travel, manage logistics for changes, and communicate updates to the project team. (10%)

    5. Assist Project Leaders with securing appropriate materials for use on the projects. (3%)

    6. Support the Risk Management team during emergencies by coordinating logistical needs. (2%)

    Requirements:

    1. An evangelical believer committed to Christian service consistent with our organizational purpose, mission, and beliefs who is actively involved in a Christian church and living out his/her faith on a daily basis.

    2. Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and experience in a business-related field.

    3. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a detail-oriented role. Previous experience in project management, international travel coordination, or large-group travel planning preferred.

    4. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; experience with Salesforce is preferred to support effective data management and streamlined operations.

    5. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects without overlooking important details.

    6. Demonstrated outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.

    7. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

    8. Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.

    9. Demonstrated ability to solve complex situations, identify solutions, and maintain effectiveness under pressure.
