    About the Role

    Medworks is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support surgical equipment delivery and technical service across healthcare facilities in the greater Seattle, WA area.

    This is a mobile, field-based role that involves coordinating the transport, setup, and support of surgical equipment while utilizing a Medworks-provided van. You will work closely with hospital staff and operating room teams to ensure equipment is delivered, set up, and functioning properly to support safe and efficient procedures.

    Responsibilities

    Equipment Logistics & Setup

    • Coordinate delivery, setup, and retrieval of surgical equipment across assigned facilities
    • Verify equipment functionality before surgical use
    • Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, inventory movement, and service activity

    Technical Support & Training

    • Provide basic equipment training and guidance to clinical staff
    • Offer on-site support during procedures as needed
    • Troubleshoot equipment issues and escalate when appropriate

    Operations & Coordination

    • Assist with preventative maintenance and minor equipment adjustments
    • Communicate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
    • Maintain professional working relationships with hospital staff and clients

    Required Qualifications

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Basic mechanical or technical aptitude
    • Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in healthcare, operating room, or clinical environments
    • Background in logistics, field service, or technical support
    • Experience in customer-facing roles or training facilitation

    Schedule & Travel

    • Monday–Friday schedule with variable start and end times
    • Occasional early mornings, extended days, or urgent service needs
    • Frequent local travel between Seattle-area healthcare facilities
    • Must reside within commuting distance of the region

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Salary Range: $80,000 - $88,000
