    Role: Logistics Coordinator
    Location: Mansfield, MA

    What You Get To Do

    You are the link between our warehouse, office, and every project in motion.

    You will:

    • Receive shipments, verify deliveries, and move materials where they need to go on time

    • Track inventory in our systems and keep tools and materials stocked

    • Build and stage project kits so jobs start with everything ready

    • Keep the warehouse clean, labeled, and efficient

    • Support fleet readiness by checking tools and equipment in and out

    • Coordinate basic office facilities needs with service partners

    • Handle daily cleaning and upkeep duties such as trash, restocking, and maintaining shared areas

    • Work closely with Operations, Project Managers, and Field Technicians so projects run smoothly

    • Look for ways to improve organization, efficiency, and safety

    What You Have Already Done

    You bring:

    • Experience organizing physical materials, shipping and receiving, or warehouse coordination

    • Comfort using Microsoft Office and basic inventory or ERP software

    • Strong attention to detail and pride in keeping things clean and organized

    • The ability to lift up to 50 lbs and use basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks

    • Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset

    • Reliability and ownership of your work from start to finish

    Nice to have:

    • Experience coordinating cleaning or working with building or maintenance vendors

    How Success Is Measured

    • Shipments and inventory are recorded accurately

    • Project kits are delivered on time and complete

    • Warehouse, fleet, and office areas are organized and clean

    • You communicate clearly and respond quickly

    • You follow safety practices and support continuous improvement
