We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our team and ensure our products get to the right place, at the right time, in perfect condition.

Position Summary: The Logistics Coordinator will manage the movement of polymer products from suppliers to customers, optimizing shipping schedules, coordinating with carriers, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. This role demands excellent organizational skills, clear communication, and a strong understanding of supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including scheduling, tracking, and documentation.

Work closely with suppliers, warehouses, and carriers to ensure on-time delivery.

Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the sales team to forecast demand.

Prepare and maintain shipping documents, customs paperwork, and compliance records.

Resolve delivery delays, shipment discrepancies, or transport issues promptly.

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory guidelines for polymer handling and transport.

Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

2+ years of logistics, supply chain, or transportation coordination experience—preferably in the chemical, polymer, or industrial sector.

Strong knowledge of shipping regulations, customs procedures, and freight management.

Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent problem-solving, time management, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Fluent in Spanish
