    SUMMARY

    To serve the vision of Rock City Church by managing all equipment and supplies for use across various departments. Supporting the Rock City Church staff through logistics and inventory management, and ultimately helping make Heaven full.

    GENERAL DUTIES

    • Church asset and inventory tracking/management
    • Communicate with cross departments (problem solving, impact on other teams)
    • Coordination of incoming shipments
    • Central supply inventory management
    • Weekly location supply management
    • Maintain, facilitate, accommodate storage needs across all locations (both portable and stationary)
    • Manage external communications with volunteers and vendors
    • Provide logistics support for all events
    • Manage the use and upkeep of church resources
    • Manage the use and upkeep of church fleet vehicles
    • Purchasing support while communicating with the Purchasing Coordinator
    • Support the Logistics Director
    • Other duties as assigned

    SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

    • Minimum 2 year associates degree, preferably in logistics or related field
    • Experience with inventory management required
    • Attention to detail
    • Outstanding organization skills
    • Excellent time-management skills
    • High communication skills
    • Good interpersonal skills
    • Leader and team builder
    • Some physical lifting (required)
    • Active and growing relationship with Jesus Christ
    • Fully aligned with the vision, values, and beliefs of Rock City Church
