Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Logistics Coordinator to join our team in the high fashion industry. This role is essential in ensuring the timely and efficient flow of merchandise from production to retail, events, and showrooms. You will work closely with internal teams—including production, visual merchandising, and customer service—as well as external shipping and freight partners to manage inventory, streamline logistics processes, and maintain the luxury service standards our brand is known for. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong communication and coordination skills, and has a deep understanding of the fashion industry's time-sensitive and detail-driven nature.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments. • Build and maintain relationships with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and warehouse teams. • Proactively resolve transportation delays, customs issues, and last-minute changes to ensure on-time delivery. • Track and manage inventory movements across warehouses, and storefronts. • Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, customs documentation, and vendor requirements • Identify and implement logistics improvements to reduce costs and optimize shipping times • Maintain accurate shipping records and logistics reports for upper management and cross-functional teams

Qualifications: • Previous experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in fashion, luxury goods, or retail • Understanding of shipping processes for high-value or time-sensitive products • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel • Experience with logistics software, ERP systems (such as NetSuite or SAP), and/or inventory management platforms • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
