We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator / Dispatcher to join our team. This role is responsible for coordinating loads, communicating with carriers and drivers, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

Schedule and dispatch loads efficiently

Communicate with drivers, carriers, and customers

Track shipments and provide updates

Handle load documentation and compliance

Resolve issues quickly and professionally

Use TMS and carrier vetting platforms (training provided if needed)

Requirements

Experience in logistics, dispatch, or transportation (preferred, not required)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Basic computer skills and attention to detail
