Job Summary:
We are seeking a Logistics Driver to safely deliver products to customer locations using a tractor-trailer. This position requires a valid CDL Class A license and DOT compliance, ensuring deliveries are completed on time while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive a tractor-trailer to deliver products to customer sites and return empty trailers to the facility.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, including trailer temperature checks and safety inspections.
• Verify deliveries, obtain signatures, and maintain accurate delivery documentation.
• Operate GPS and other delivery tools (e.g., XATA, POD).
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, production, and maintenance teams.
• Apply tire chains and drive safely in all weather conditions.
• Perform backhauls or additional driving duties as requested.

Qualifications:

• Valid CDL Class A with necessary endorsements and DOT qualification required.
• Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience preferred (food product delivery a plus).
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• DOT written exam and controlled substance screening required.

Physical Requirements:

• Drive for extended periods, sit frequently, and perform occasional lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling, climbing, bending, and manual dexterity tasks as needed.

Education / Training:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
