You’ll start in operations to learn the industry, then transition into sales once you’re ready.
Operations Responsibilities
- Match carriers to available freight
- Track shipments from pickup to delivery
- Communicate updates to customers
- Resolve transit issues
- Maintain system accuracy
- Collect delivery documentation
Sales Responsibilities (after training)
- Generate leads and build your own book of business
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers
- Develop long-term client relationships
- Manage freight opportunities from quote to delivery
Compensation Potential (Base + Commission)
Top performers can earn:
- $75,000+ in year one
- $100,000+ with consistent production
- $150,000+ for high performers
