The Research Specialist will assist and support the application of innovative, rigorous methods of implementation and improvement sciences to support and lead research within the Evans Center for Implementation and Improvement Sciences (CIIS). The individual will work closely with the Center Directors and Research Specialist to support the development and execution of a diverse research and informative portfolio. The individual will assist in consultations about implementation and improvement sciences, support qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis, and participate in educating the local community on implementation and improvement sciences.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree preferred
• 3 - 5 Years of work experience
• 1-3 years in health services delivery and/or research
