    Logistics Manager – Summary

    Location: Onsite – Oklahoma City, (5 days/week, at least 1 Saturday/month)

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field
    • 3–5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or parts-pulling environments
    • 1–2+ years in a supervisor, lead, or management role
    • Experience in an MRP or regulated manufacturing environment
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed

    Key Responsibilities

    Lead, Coordinate, and Hold Accountable – 40%

    • Lead warehouse, shipping/receiving, kitting, and logistics teams
    • Mentor, train, and develop staff while reinforcing company culture and values
    • Cross-train employees to ensure flexibility across shipping, receiving, and kitting functions
    • Assign daily priorities based on workload, production needs, and staffing levels
    • Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards and escalate issues when needed
    • Conduct daily huddles and communicate priorities, metrics, and expectations
    • Troubleshoot issues related to parts, materials, and processes and drive resolution

    Order Management – 40%

    • Oversee end-to-end work order fulfillment from release through shipment
    • Coordinate with Planning to prioritize and execute work orders to meet delivery schedules
    • Manage warehouse operations including material pulls, kitting, staging, and inventory transactions
    • Ensure accurate shipment, order closure, and fulfillment aligned with customer requirements
    • Monitor inventory levels, order flow, and shipment status to prevent delays or shortages
    • Partner cross-functionally with Planning, Production, Quality, Customer Service, Shipping, and Receiving
    • Track KPIs such as on-time delivery, work order completion, inventory accuracy, and shipping performance

    Inventory Management – 15%

    • Manage cycle count schedules and assign responsibilities for inventory accuracy
    • Ensure timely completion of counts and proper storage organization
    • Monitor and remove expired or shelf-life–restricted materials
    • Reconcile cycle count discrepancies in ERP system and escalate significant variances
    • Maintain accurate labeling, identification, and placement of stocked materials
    • Support cleanliness and organization of warehouse areas

    Continuous Improvement – 5%

    • Develop and execute process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce cost
    • Maintain personal and team development plans to build skills and performance
    • Support initiatives that improve material flow, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment
    • Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment
