About the Role

We are seeking a Logistics Network / Transportation Analyst to support the operational performance of our logistics network across multiple warehouse locations. This role will focus on tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing logistics data, and communicating operational performance across internal teams and warehouse partners.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics environment where operational visibility and performance management are critical.

Key Responsibilities

Network Performance Monitoring

Track and monitor KPIs across multiple warehouse and delivery locations.

Ensure compliance with client SOPs and internal operational standards.

Monitor operational performance including delivery timelines, warehouse productivity, and service levels.

Data Analysis & Reporting

Build and maintain operational dashboards using Power BI, Excel, or similar tools.

Produce weekly and monthly KPI reports for internal leadership and clients.

Analyze logistics data to identify trends, operational issues, and improvement opportunities.

Platform Development

Assist in developing and maintaining a centralized logistics performance platform.

Work with leadership to design KPI dashboards and operational scorecards.

Help integrate operational data from various systems into centralized reporting tools.

Cross-Location Coordination

Serve as a communication bridge between warehouse partners, customer service teams, and leadership.

Ensure performance updates and operational issues are communicated clearly across locations.

Escalation & Operational Support

Assist with operational escalations and service issues.

Use KPI reports and incident analysis to identify root causes of recurring issues.

Support leadership in implementing operational improvements across the network.

Required Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple operational priorities simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with 3PL providers or warehouse operations

Familiarity with WMS or TMS systems

Experience developing KPI dashboards or performance reporting tools
