    Overview F.I.S. Pro Install is a Midwest-based provider of installation and service solutions focused on delivering reliable, efficient, and well-coordinated project execution. Our operations depend on strong communication, organized logistics, and dependable support across field teams, vendors, and internal departments.

    This role supports day-to-day operational and project activities by coordinating materials, tracking job progress, and assisting with documentation and communication across teams. The position plays a key role in keeping work moving efficiently by ensuring information, materials, and schedules are aligned across multiple stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities

    Coordinate materials, equipment, and logistics to support ongoing projects and field operations

    Assist with scheduling activities, tracking timelines, and communicating updates across teams

    Support inventory organization, material readiness, and general operational efficiency

    Review and verify job-related documentation to support accurate billing and invoicing processes

    Maintain organized and up-to-date records within internal systems

    Communicate with field teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution

    Identify and escalate potential delays, material shortages, or operational issues

    Support cost tracking efforts related to materials, logistics, and job activity

    Assist in maintaining quality, safety, and process standards across operations

    Provide general project and operational support as needed in a fast-paced environment

    Qualifications • Minimum 2 years of operations, logistics, or field service support • Experience with inventory tracking, material handling, or job-based logistics preferred • Familiarity with invoicing, billing support, or job documentation strongly preferred • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and data entry • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Effective communication skills with internal teams, vendors, and field personnel • Experience using operational or field management systems preferred • Basic understanding of construction, installation, or service-based workflows is a plus • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or experience in operations or logistics preferred
