      LOGISTICS RECRUITER

      $50,000 – $60,000

      Stark County, Ohio

      We’re looking for a driven, industry-savvy recruiter who knows trucking — and knows how to find good drivers.

      In this role, you’ll own the full hiring cycle for CDL drivers, from sourcing and screening to onboarding and follow-through. You’ll partner closely with operations to keep trucks seated and freight moving.

      WHAT YOU’LL DO

      • Source and attract qualified CDL-A and CDL-B drivers using job boards, social media, referrals, and industry networks.
      • Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to evaluate qualifications, experience, and culture fit.
      • Manage the entire hiring pipeline — first contact through onboarding.
      • Coordinate with Operations to understand driver needs and ensure all hires meet company standards.
      • Ensure all applications, background checks, and required documentation are complete and compliant.
      • Build and maintain an active pipeline of driver candidates for current and future openings.
      • Stay current on CDL regulations, market trends, and recruiting best practices.

       

      WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

      • Proven recruiting experience (transportation/trucking industry strongly preferred).
      • Strong understanding of CDL licensing requirements and DOT regulations.
      • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
      • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
      • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
      • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
      • TenStreet experience is a plus.
      • Ability to pass a background check.
