We’re looking for a driven, industry-savvy recruiter who knows trucking — and knows how to find good drivers.
In this role, you’ll own the full hiring cycle for CDL drivers, from sourcing and screening to onboarding and follow-through. You’ll partner closely with operations to keep trucks seated and freight moving.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Source and attract qualified CDL-A and CDL-B drivers using job boards, social media, referrals, and industry networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to evaluate qualifications, experience, and culture fit.
- Manage the entire hiring pipeline — first contact through onboarding.
- Coordinate with Operations to understand driver needs and ensure all hires meet company standards.
- Ensure all applications, background checks, and required documentation are complete and compliant.
- Build and maintain an active pipeline of driver candidates for current and future openings.
- Stay current on CDL regulations, market trends, and recruiting best practices.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven recruiting experience (transportation/trucking industry strongly preferred).
- Strong understanding of CDL licensing requirements and DOT regulations.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- TenStreet experience is a plus.
- Ability to pass a background check.
