    About the Role Sprint Logistics is growing and seeking a Logistics Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the urgency, precision, and professionalism required in logistics. This role is ideal for someone who is driven, confident in communication, and eager to build strong client relationships through proactive outreach. Responsibilities: • Conduct outbound cold calls to generate new business opportunities • Develop and manage a growing book of business within the logistics and supply chain sector • Respond to client needs with urgency and professionalism • Prepare proposals, quotes, and presentations using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Collaborate with internal operations to ensure seamless service delivery • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and performance metrics • Travel to client sites or industry events as needed Qualifications: Required Skills & Qualifications • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Excellent communication and professional presentation skills • High sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple priorities • Financially motivated with a strong desire to exceed targets • Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting • Experience in logistics, freight, or supply chain sales is a plus, but not required • Must be able to work onsite at our Miami location A driven individual who: • Moves quickly and decisively • Communicates with clarity and professionalism • Enjoys building relationships and closing deals • Thrives in a structured, high‑activity sales environment • Wants to grow with a company that values accountability, responsiveness, and client success Compensation: $47,500 plus commission
