    Our team is hiring a Logistics Specialist to support Warehouse Support Services for the Navy Medical Readiness Logistics Command (NMRLC) in Williamsburg, VA

    Position Overview

    The Logistics Specialist provides direct support for Expeditionary Medical Systems (EXMEDS) by executing day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations in support of expeditionary medical and civil engineering equipment programs. The role supports receiving, storage, staging, and distribution activities to ensure mission readiness.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support all aspects of warehouse logistics operations, including receiving, storage, staging, and shipping
    • Prepare equipment and materials for issue, deployment, or transport
    • Assist with kitting, packing, and material handling activities
    • Maintain accurate logistics documentation and records
    • Support inspections, audits, and readiness requirements
    • Operate material handling equipment in accordance with safety standards
    • Coordinate with inventory and warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations

    Required Qualifications

    • Minimum of two years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply support
    • Ability to follow established procedures and safety requirements
    • Strong organizational and communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
    • Valid U.S. Driver’s license and ability to obtain certification to operate 1.5 ton stake bed truck and4-6K forklifts
    • Experience with DB Management Systems – e.g. DMLSS

    Security Requirements

    Valid Driver’s License; All NMRLC contractor employees must be U.S. citizens and maintain a favorable federal suitability determination (typically NACI with SF‑85/SF‑85P) sufficient to obtain and retain a DoD Common Access Card (CAC) for installation, system, and facility access. Continued eligibility is required throughout contract performance, and loss of CAC or suitability status may result in removal from the contract.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience supporting DoD or Navy logistics operations
    • Familiarity with expeditionary, medical, or government Equipment
    • Prior experience working under a federal services contract
