    NuLeaf Naturals LLC., a leading manufacturer of CBD products, is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Logistics Specialist. This is an onsite role located in Englewood, CO.

    Reporting to the Logistics Manager, the Logistics Specialist is responsible for ensuring the company’s inbound and outbound deliveries are accurate, timely and cost effective. The Logistics Specialist will work with a team to provide warehousing and shipping services while maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout our warehouse space.

    Responsibilities:

    Pick/pack orders to customer specifications utilizing correct materials and maintaining company standards.

    Perform quality checks on products throughout the pick/pack process

    Sort shipments by carrier and shipping method.

    Restocking and refilling materials

    Utilization of both motorized and non-motorized warehouse equipment is not limited to pallet jacks, walkie stacker, dollies, and barrel jacks

    Receiving/unloading of raw materials and finished goods

    Movement of goods throughout the facility of component requests

    Participate in inventory cycle counts

    Ensure correct stock levels

    Confirm location counts to prepare for EOM reporting

    Compare physical counts to inventory system

    Utilization of ERP and other platforms:

    Working knowledge of ERP, WMS, and TMS platforms

    Assist with daily/weekly cleaning procedures

    Maintain clean work environment

    Promote safety, accuracy and efficiency

    Other Relevant duties as assigned by leadership

    Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Forklift Certification is a plus but not required
    • Ability to lift, push or slide bulk packages weight up to 50lbs
    • Comfortable with standing or walking for up to 10 hours
    • Ability to frequently bend, twist/turn, kneel, squat, push and pull, and climb ladders
    • Must be able to work a flexible shift including nights and/or weekends
    • Detail oriented with strong follow-through
    • Ability to read and type numbers accurately
    • Proficient in computer applications and can learn new software platforms

    Compensation:

    Your starting hourly wage will be USD $19-$20 per hour paid biweekly (less deductions and taxes), scheduled for a minimum of 40 hours per week. Hours may fluctuate based on the needs of the business. All wages are payable in accordance with the regular payroll practices of the Company.

    Benefits:

    Participation in the Company benefits plan is available after 90 days of employment: Including employer paid Health, Dental, Vision, and Life. You will be eligible for Flexible PTO and Sick/Flex time after 90 days. A 401(k) plan is available after 1 year of employment.
