Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Support Specialist / Traffic Control professional to join our warehouse operations team. This role supports logistics, inventory control, and traffic coordination by processing returns, maintaining accurate inventory records, and assisting with material movement throughout the facility. The position combines clerical, inventory, and hands-on warehouse responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Schedule

Sunday – Thursday: 5:00 PM until shift completion

Training (first 2 weeks): Monday – Thursday, starting at 3:00 PM

Pay

$17.00 – $18.50 per hour, based on experience and skill level

Eligible for a 40-hour pay guarantee with perfect attendance

Key Responsibilities

• Process product returns and support traffic control and logistics operations

• Perform advanced warehouse and inventory-related tasks

• Accurately enter and maintain inventory, numerical, and transactional data

• Verify the accuracy of inventory movements and business transactions

• Support inventory control, quality assurance, and compliance standards

• Move materials safely using pallet jacks or forklifts (training provided)

• Assist with inventory and invoice adjustments in warehouse systems

• Maintain organized work areas and follow all safety procedures

Qualifications & Requirements

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to lift 45–50 lbs and stand for 10–12 hour shifts

• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage priorities

• Team-oriented with strong customer service skills

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
