What will you be doing?

• Engaging our carriers to ensure tracking updates are received in a timely and accurate manner.

• Confirming that all tracking information is correct and updated in our system.

• Working with our carriers to ensure we are maximizing the utilization of our tracking systems.

• Scheduling and rescheduling pick-up and delivery appointments as needed.

• Alerting the Logistics Coordinator(s) of any anticipated or actual issues that might impact the timely pick-up and delivery of a shipment or that might put the shipment at risk of damage, theft, or loss.

• Ensuring that we receive and upload customer and carrier rate confirmations on every applicable shipment.

• Securing proof of delivery receipts from carriers, ensuring they are uploaded into our TMS, and communicating with the accounts receivable team.

• Communicating with team members and customers to build strong working relationships.

• Participating in special projects as needed
