Logistics and Warehouse Manager

Location: Sidney, Ohio - Onsite (M-F 8am - 5pm)

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as our Logistics & Warehouse Manager. This position is responsible for overseeing equipment logistics, coordinating shipments, managing inventory, and supporting equipment remarketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics and warehousing and possess strong organizational skills. This is an individual contributor position; however this team is growing!

Essential Duties:

• Align and communicate all logistics work for moving loads across the company’s customer base which includes carrier/broker and customer contacts.

• Manage warehouse operations to ensure timely and efficient handling, storage, and maintenance of equipment.

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing equipment.

• Manage asset inventory for sale online through various online accounts and other means to sell assets.

• Maintain inventory for all off-lease and owned assets for the company on hand.

• Ability to coordinate with logistics providers and manage cost-effective freight solutions.

• Support any additional logistics and warehousing tasks as needed.

• Enforce safety standards and ensure OSHA compliance within the warehouse.

• Routinely lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.

• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in logistics and warehouse management in the material handling equipment industry.

• Strong understanding of warehouse best practices.

• Proficient in operating forklifts to efficiently move and organize materials within the warehouse or production area is a plus!

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
