We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to support day-to-day logistics and warehouse activities. In this role, you will help coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, maintain accurate inventory records, and support efficient warehouse operations. Responsibilities

• Coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in a timely and accurate manner.
• Track inventory levels and assist with cycle counts, reconciliations, and stock adjustments.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents, delivery notes, and related records.
• Communicate with carriers, suppliers, internal teams, and customers to support smooth logistics operations.
• Monitor shipment status and resolve routine delivery or inventory issues as they arise.
• Support warehouse organization, safety practices, and adherence to operational procedures.
• Assist with scheduling, coordination, and follow-up for incoming and outgoing freight.
• Maintain accurate data in warehouse and logistics systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency, accuracy, and service quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, supply chain, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with inventory or warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office or similar tools.
• Basic knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory control processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external partners.
