About the Role:
Join Skeen Furniture Company as a Logistics and Installation Associate, where you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional furniture experiences to our customers. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about logistics and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage the logistics of furniture deliveries and installations.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
Assist with the assembly and installation of furniture in customer homes.
Maintain inventory
Collaborate with the sales team to address customer needs and resolve any issues.
Adhere to safety protocols and best practices during installations.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience.
Report directly to Director of Fulfillment & Logistics
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to lift heavy furniture and operate delivery vehicles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Experience in logistics, installation, or customer service is a plus.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
