Logistics and Warehouse Associate:

R&M Equipment is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics & Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming inventory

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards

Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual handling

Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts

Build custom wood skids for specific projects

Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams to ensure timely deliveries

Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance

Identify damaged or missing items and report discrepancies

Follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards

Skills & Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience a plus

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems a plus

Forklift operation

Basic Math Skills

Valid driver’s license

Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
