    Job Description

    We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. Our client managers are in charge of building relationships with our existing and prospective clients. We offer paid training, inbound leads, base salary, industry leading uncapped commissions plus a performance bonus!


    Develop new business with potential and existing customers

    Establish and develop customer relationships by evaluating needs and opportunities within customer accounts

    Negotiate effectively to overcome obstacles and gain customer commitment

    Promote client development and build relationships with prospective clients

    Creatively solve logistical problems to ensure timely and accurate resolution

    Communicate critical account updates

    Answer client questions and ensure all issues are resolved

    Regularly speak with clients to discuss performance results, operations reviews, work management process reviews and benchmarking reviews

    Develop and send quotes

    Learn and maintain knowledge of product and customization options

    Utilize strategic client hunting practices, market analysis, and constant in-depth client analysis to uncover revenue opportunities

    Other duties as needed


    Excellent written and verbal communication

    Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously

    Highly organized and detail oriented

    Very resourceful with exceptional follow through

    Must be ambitious and self-motivated

    Strong presentation skills

    Proven years of experience as an Account Manager, Sales Account Manager or other relevant roles

    Must be comfortable working in high pressure environments

    Demonstrated ability to communicate with key stakeholders at all levels of an organization

    Experience delivering customer-focused solutions to customer needs

    Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time

    Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities

    Compensation will be base salary plus commissions.
