REAL ESTATE ACQUISITIONS SALES REP (DALLAS  TX)

Compensation: 100% COMMISSION, PLUS BONUSES. 

$100K PLUS PER YEAR IS POSSIBLE

Searching for a World Class Salesperson in our Real Estate investment company in the (Dallas) area. Rock Stars only. Do NOT even apply unless you are an overachiever, and you can prove it. Come and build an empire within our company.

We are looking for someone to come and join our rapidly growing company in the Real Estate Investing industry. If you are a GREAT salesperson, you should earn $100,000 with us, and if you are a STAR salesperson, you should earn well over $150,000. You do not need to have real estate sales experience or be licensed in any way. Your enthusiastic resourcefulness and motivation to succeed is what will allow you the chance to get this job.

This is a flexible position that has the ability to produce a large income for you. The better salesman you are, the higher your paycheck will be each month.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage leads in our company's database.
• Build rapport with the clients, overcome objections and get the contracts signed.
• Must be able to follow the company's closing sequence.
• Must be able to manage leads and follow up with prospects.
• Must be motivated to bring in outside business.
• Must be a team player and get along with the other staff.

This person is teachable and always trying to improve themselves by reading books, watching videos, reading blogs and by whatever means possible. This person is a fast starter and able to use their people skills and talents to build a lasting career. They can follow instructions and are detail oriented.

Compensation:

This is a 100% commission + bonuses with quality leads provided to you for FREE. Your average commission per deal will be $1500- $2000, sometimes much larger.
