We are seeking an Agency Sales Representative to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions by striving to excellence and exceeding customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide Insurance recommendations,quotes, and issue policies.
• Utilize active listening and critical thinking skills to quickly analyze and clearly understand a specific request or customer need, to provide the aprópiate solution.

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Able to multitask
• Property and Casualty License a plus but not a requirement
• Bilingual is a must English and Spanish
