Long Beach Bottleworks is seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Technician to join our manufacturing team. As a Production Technician, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and quality of our beverage production process, from raw ingredients to the packaged final product.

Responsibilities :

1. Assist in various stages of the production process, including brewing, fermenting, bottling, and packaging.
2. Operate and maintain production equipment in accordance with company standards and procedures.
3. Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment is in good working order.
4. Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and report major equipment malfunctions to management.
5. Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
6. Assist in the implementation of our recycling and sustainability initiatives.
7. Collaborate with the team to meet production targets while maintaining the highest standards of product quality.

Qualifications :

1. High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant technical certification or degree is a plus.
2. Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in the food & beverage industry.
3. Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
4. Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot basic machinery issues.
5. Physically able to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
6. Strong teamwork skills, with a commitment to maintaining a positive and safe work environment.
