    Long Beach Home Loan is hiring a client coordinator to join the operations team. The client coordinator is an extremely important member of the team. They act as the first touchpoint after a new client decides to work with our company. Their job is to introduce the company, explain the loan process and assist in collecting the proper documentation. Think of this position as a home loan concierge. The main focus of this role is providing excellent customer service, remaining consistent and organized. This is an entry-level position, we have a successful track within that company that provides you a promotion path, with training, if you excel in performance and character. Responsibilities: • Directly and immediately communicate with borrower as the primary contact until the loan application is validated and required documentation is received • Introduce company, and our specialized loan process with a high level of customer service to create a great first impression • Monitor all application activity through point of sale software • Perform qualifiy review of all documents to confirm they are legible and not expired • Review borrower application for accuracy, and completeness • Request verifications of employment Qualifications: • Superb communication and customer service skills • Extremely comfortable speaking with people on the phone • Ability to work well and communicate with a team • Affinity for technology, ability to quickly learn new software programs, such as our CRM and Slack • A strong desire to grow professionally the mortgage industry • A want to help people both personally and financially through your occupation • Great attention to detail and resourcefulness Compensation: $16 - $18 hourly
