We are hiring Long Haul Drivers.

• Hiring Area : 75-mile radius of Columbia, OH or 50-mile radius of Medina, OH
• Lanes : * Columbia, OH to West Jordan, UT * Re-load from West Jordan heading east * Deliver load, then pickup back-haul from Chicago, IL (tarping required) * Deliver to Fremont, OH (potential local deliveries if time permits) * Return to Columbia, OH to dispatch on another 10-day run
• Miles : 2,000 – 2,500 avg miles per week, 2.5 avg stops per week
• Schedule : * 10 to 12-Day Routes (example: leave Monday the 1st, return the following week between Wednesday and Friday) * 34-hour reset at home every other week unless driver chooses to dispatch on back-to-back 10-12 day runs
• Home Time : 34-hour reset at home every other week
• Equipment Type : 2020-2023 Freightliner or Kenworth trucks with automatic transmission, step deck flatbed trailers
• Freight Type : New propane tanks/caps/steel plates
• Truck Speed : 65 mph

Compensation and Bonuses

• Sign on Bonus : $500 (paid in full on second paycheck)
• Referral Bonus : $3,000 (paid out at $1,000 on 2nd paycheck; $1,000 at 60 days, and $1,000 at 120 days)
• Accessorial Pay : * Stop pay: $50 per stop * Delay pay: $25 per hour * Tarping pay: $25 * Long-haul bonus: $325 per 10-day trip to Utah
• Parking : TBD
• Mileage Pay : $0.75 per mile
• Hourly Pay : $18 per hour
• Average Weekly Pay : $1,825 - $2,015 (depending on driver's willingness to run)
• Average Annual Pay : $95,000 - $105,000 (depending on driver's willingness to run)

Requirements

• 6 months flatbed experience, must have winter driving experience
• Steel toe boots, hard hat, gloves, safety vest, ear plugs
• Driver assist unload. Verifying securement required
• Passengers: Yes, per company policy
• Pets: Yes, per company policy
