    The Environmental Health + Safety (EHS) Manager identifies existing and predictable hazards on large project sites and takes corrective measures to eliminate risk from the project sites.

    Here’s what you get to do:

    • Perform routine walk-through inspections of construction areas on small to medium sized projects independently, and large to complex projects with some assistance
    • Responsible for the creation and distribution of Site EHS Audits to project team and subcontractors
    • Provide leadership and direction to project prestart safety review with project team
    • Lead high hazard trade safety preconstruction meetings on projects
    • Responsible for the completion of Monthly Project EHS Assessment
    • Act as primary resource for safety related issues for project teams
    • Responsible for OSHA Inspection process
    • Conducts personal injury and property damage accident investigations; compile data, photographs, and other necessary documentation for reporting purposes; prepare all pertinent forms and reports per program procedures and federal, state, and local regulations associated with accidents
    • Partner with subcontractors to develop overall satisfactory level of safety compliance on jobsites

    Here’s who you are: (required)

    • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health + Safety Sciences or related field
    • A minimum of five (5) years hands on experience in Construction
    • Safety Trained Supervisor Certification, or equivalent
    • Construction Health and Safety Technician Certification, or equivalent
    • Current First Aid, CPR and AED certification
    • Completed OSHA 500 Instructor Course
    • Ability to effectively communicate ideas to employees, subcontractors and clients

  • Qualifications

    Education: BS degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.

    Experience: Seven (7) years of professional experience with design, development, test, and supervise the integration of electrical and electronic equipment, to include: Technology analysis and assessment, design definition, development of systems specification, systems analysis, systems architecture, systems/equipment integration, test and evaluation criteria and logistics support of C4ISR or similar requirements.

    Secret clearance required.
