Compensation Details:

Gross Hourly Pay Rate: $85/hr

Airfare Mileage Reimbursement(One time to reach the facility) upto $500

Job Description: Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nurse Manager to oversee nursing staff and ensure the highest standards of patient care within our facility. The Nurse Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations, providing leadership to nursing teams, and implementing policies that enhance patient outcomes. This role requires a strong background in clinical nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster a collaborative environment among healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

Supervise nursing staff and coordinate patient care activities.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Conduct regular assessments of patient care practices and implement improvements as needed.

Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans.

Oversee family planning services and provide education on related topics.

Manage utilization review processes to optimize patient care resources.

Provide guidance on specialized procedures such as gastric lavage and tube feeding.

Maintain knowledge of physiology to support clinical decision-making.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a management or supervisory role within a healthcare setting.

Strong understanding of family planning principles and procedures.
