Salary and Benefits

• Salary Range: $95,000 – $120,000

Responsibilities

• Monday–Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) with occasional extended shifts (e.g., 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) or coverage outside normal hours as needed
• On-Call Requirement: Approximately one weekend per month, rotating with other nursing leaders
• Primarily an administrative leadership role with the ability to carry a patient load if required
• Supervises RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, ensuring compliance with standards, regulations, and quality improvement initiatives
• Collaborates with the Assisted Living Unit and other facility departments
• Utilizes EMR: PointClickCare (PCC)

Requirements

• Current and Active Registered Nurse (RN) License
• BSN strongly preferred
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
• Skilled Nursing or Memory Care clinical experience preferred
• Ability to step in and provide direct patient care when needed
• Strong leadership, multitasking, and team collaboration abilities
