    Job Description

    Office Support:

    • Answer the door for vendors and deliveries
    • Answer the phone
    • Retrieval and distribution of mail
    • Order supplies and keep kitchen and storage spaces organized and clean – Send reminders to office staff when needed to help keep space clean and organized
    • Communicate with vendors and building management for issues or questions that may arise

    Post-Closing Assistant:

    • Prepare collateral for correspondent loans
    • Prepare purchase advice and communicate with partners to obtain purchase approval
    • Provide support to post closing staff when needed in the following areas: review, scan and upload closing packages to AIQ document management system, review of trailing documents, communicate and follow up with partners on documents and corrections requested on trailing documents, prepare case binders for submission for insuring from FHA
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • High School diploma or GED
    • Precise attention to detail
    • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Skilled in the use of personal computers and related software applications, specifically Internet Explorer, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel and Word
    • High level of integrity and trust
    • Motivated team player with a selfless attitude
