Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Associate Sales Representative to join our team.The Associate Sales Rep supports the implementation and execution of sales support programs of an assigned product line or lines. The Associate Sales Rep will have direct sales rep and end customer contact resolving field and internal business challenges.Responsibilities

Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers

Travel to appointments and meetings with potential and existing customers within your territory

Meet or exceed designated sales targets

Create and implement an effective sales strategy

Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in customer relationship management (CRM) program

Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales

Will assist in the marketing and sales of our products through exhibits, trade shows and educational lab execution.

Help create Sales presentations, projections, and other models in tandem with internal sales division.

Work with key Customer reps. in the DC Baltimore Area.

Provide Operating Room case coverage at local accounts while learning Operating Room etiquette and developing personal relationships.

Qualifications

High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s degree required.

Must have valid U.S. Driver's License and be able to work in the United States

Territory is the Baltimore area must be willing to live and work in this area

Previous experience in outside sales a plus

Excellent negotiation and customer service skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

A positive attitude and ability to be persistent
