    We’re seeking a driven, client-focused Longevity Advisor to support center growth through membership sales, client onboarding, and delivering a premium wellness experience within a fast-growing, performance-focused brand.

    This role is onsite and ideal for someone who is passionate about health, wellness, and longevity, and thrives in a sales-driven, client-facing environment. You will play a key role in helping clients take the first step in their wellness journey while driving revenue and building lasting relationships.

    Key Responsibilities

    Support Founding Member and presale campaigns before opening

    Schedule and conduct membership consultations

    Conduct consistent outbound calls, texts, and email follow-ups with prospective members

    Maintain accurate lead notes, follow-up activities, and conversion status in the CRM

    Drive membership sales through consultative, goal-focused conversations

    Convert leads into members through strong follow-up and relationship building

    Achieve defined targets for calls, appointments, consultations, conversions, and membership sales

    Guide clients through onboarding and introduce them to services and offerings

    Deliver a personalized, high-touch client experience from first interaction to long-term engagement

    Support daily operations including front desk, scheduling, and client communication

    Execute outreach efforts including calls, texts, and community engagement

    Assist with local events, partnerships, and community outreach

    Make a meaningful impact on people’s lives every day

    What Success Looks Like

    Consistent achievement of sales goals and conversion targets

    Strong client relationships that drive retention and referrals

    High level of sales activity (calls, follow-ups, bookings)

    Clients who feel confident, educated, and excited about their wellness journey

    Contribution to a positive, high-energy team environment

    What We’re Looking For

    Sales or client-facing experience (fitness, wellness, retail, or hospitality preferred)

    Ability to hit sales targets and build relationships

    Proven success in personal sales and revenue growth, with a strong interest in wellness, human performance, and longevity

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Organized, proactive, and results-driven

    Korean language proficiency is preferred but not required

    Compensation & Growth

    $20-$25 per hour + commission + performance-based bonus opportunities
