Job Description

Longevo is seeking a Chief of Staff who will report directly to the CEO and own multiple projects across the business including product development, production management, coaching ops, and business development. This is a highly operational & project management-focused role that will require working cross-functionally with many teams across the organization. The ideal candidate has a background in early-stage, digitally focused companies.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Work directly with the CEO to manage multiple projects in parallel across the organization
• Design and manage coaching strategy, protocols, and overall operations
• Lead digital content production related efforts including, market analysis, casting, hiring, production management working with 3rd party and internal teams
• Work as a bridge between our science and product development teams
• Analyze market trends & companies to assist with strategic, go-to-market & fundraising efforts 
• Design SOPs, new operational processes, and documentation processes to enable growth

Qualifications

•  
• Experience in operations, strategy, finance, and/or business development
• Startup operations experience; ideally a high-growth, health-tech based organization preferred
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in parallel and communicate progress
• Highly adaptable and thrive in ambiguous situations 
• Exceptional relationship-builder who works well with people from technical and business backgrounds
• Team management experience is a plus
• Thrive in a remote/asynchronous environment
• Outstanding analytical capabilities, including financial modeling skills 
• Strong oral and written communication skills; confidence and poise in presenting to teammates and executive leadership
• Ability to develop clear and compelling executive-level presentations
• Highly passionate about wellness & technology
• Excited by the challenge of disrupting an industry
• Bilingual (Spanish/English preferred)
