    Job Title: Industrial Cyber Security Specialist Pay: Negotiable (Market Competitive Hourly Rate) Contract position - Length: Undefined Position Summary: The Industrial Cybersecurity Specialist (Contract) is responsible for supporting the implementation of the company's Cybersecurity Policy at facilities in Southern North America (MS, AL, TX, FL and Mexico). Reporting to the Safety, Security & Technical Affairs department, the Industrial Cybersecurity Specialist contributes to the management (identification, treatment and reporting) of the cybersecurity risk toward our Industrial assets. The Industrial Cybersecurity Specialist develops and maintain permanent liaison with other cybersecurity teams in North America. For that purpose he/she also reports to the local Chief Information Security Officer. Primary Responsibilities: The Industrial Cybersecurity Specialist contributes to all phases of the company cyber security management system: Awareness and Training of staff and contractors (20%) In relationship with the Cyber Security team, customize existing awareness and training materials to better fit with the specific needs of sites within area of responsibility Deliver awareness sessions about specifics of cyber security in Industrial environment to all staff and contractors (including Physical Security Officers). Provide on-the-spot, first level support about cybersecurity concerns to end-users Industrial Cybersecurity Risk Monitoring (30%) Initiate, populate and maintain a registry of cyber security risks toward industrial assets, compliant with the company ERM (Enterprise Risk Management) process and compliant with the company security risk assessment methodology Review technical specifications during procurement phases of industrial and automation control systems (IACS) to identify potential cyber security risks; where necessary: introduce cyber security requirements to the selected suppliers' technical specification ; ensure validation and verification of cybersecurity requirements Support cybersecurity audits Cyber Security Vigilance Program: analyze and categorize cyber security events collected by Physical Security Officers ; contribute to the elaboration of a risk treatment plan for events categorized as incidents or above. Industrial Cybersecurity Risk Treatment (50%)

    The jobholder liaises with local management and operational teams to: Define cyber security treatment plans for the risks identified in (1), in relation with cybersecurity and IM teams in the Region and in Europe. Execute the risk treatment plans, including project management aspects Follow-up and report on projects status to stakeholders in the Region: business, IM, IM Security and Product Security Qualified Experience / Skills / Training: Education: Minimum Bachelor Degree degree in Electrical, Computer Engineering or Computer Science required Experience: 2+ years experience in Industrial Automation & Control Systems security : Preferred 5+ years in Project Management, incl. supplier follow-up : Required Industrial Automation & Control Systems architecture : Preferred Management of Cyber security requirements lifecycle (formulation, validation, verification): Required Licensure/Certifications: CISSP, ISO-27001, ISO-27005, ISA-62443 series of standards: Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Demonstrated Capabilities: Cyber Security Risk Management (method and process) Broad understanding of SCADA and Industrial Control Systems (ICS) Formulation of cyber security requirements Industrial Automation and Control Systems architecture Communication Skills (Spoken, Written, Influencing, Proficiency in Other Languages): Ability to simplify and communicate efficiently Good presentation skills Interpersonal skills, including an ability to use tact and diplomacy to get actions accomplished Travel Required: Up to 25% Domestic and International (Mexico) Submit your application online to be considered for this position.
