Title: Area Manager Pay: $70k+ DOE Direct Hire We are seeking talented supply chain leaders for a major distribution center in the Greater Mobile Area. Will be responsible for leading teams of 25-50 people. Focus is on safety, quality, productivity, teamwork, associate engagement, associate retention, and change management.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field Leading high volume teams of 20+ associates Knowledge of root cause analysis as it pertains to logistics;
Six Sigma Certification
1 year Microsoft Office/WPA experience Both Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 3 or more years of leadership & management experience with high volume teams
