RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Manage job board postings and related media purchases
· Source, screen, select, and coordinate interviews
· Develop and implement alternative recruitment strategies
· Onboard new team members.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare recruiting
· Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve success
· Excellent Customer Service skills
· Strong motivation for career growth and advancement
· Ability to work in fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency
