    We are seeking dedicated caregivers to support older adults with daily living activities in the comfort of their homes. Guided by personalized care plans developed by our Care Managers, caregivers provide essential services including companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, transportation, and—when applicable—personal care.

    Minimum Qualifications

    Preferred: 1,000 hours of experience working with seniors or chronically ill individuals (approximately 6 months full-time or 12 months part-time) Exceptions may be considered for newly licensed CNAs/HHAs or caregivers providing companionship or housekeeping only

    CNA or HHA certification preferred, but not required

    Current TB test

    Ability to safely perform job duties, including client transfers

    Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance (if transporting clients)

    Strong communication skills

    Mature, caring, punctual, and dependable

    Ability to pass a criminal background check

    Verifiable professional references

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    Follow Care Plans: Provide care in accordance with individualized client care plans

    Comprehensive Support: Assist with companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, shopping, transportation, medication reminders, and personal care (including bathing)

    Communication: Promptly report any changes in client condition, concerns, or emergencies to the Care Manager

    Safety Compliance: Adhere to infection control standards and utilize PPE as required

    Timekeeping: Accurately clock in/out and document completed tasks using ClearCare Telephony

    Professional Conduct: Maintain a professional appearance and follow company dress code policies

    Reliability: Arrive on time, attend required trainings and meetings, and comply with all company policies

    Organizational Structure

    Caregivers report directly to the Care Manager, with scheduling coordinated by the Staffing Coordinator.

    Physical & Environmental Requirements

    Ability to safely assist with client transfers

    Ability to travel to client homes using reliable transportation
