Wea re looking to hire a Register Nurse to help with completing these forms for new and existing clients.

Form 485 OASIS Nursing Assessment

Must be willing to travel once a time and date are established to meet with a client in the Clermont County, Brown County, Hamilton County areas. This can be semi - flexible.

Milage reimbursement will be provided - .55 cents per mile.

Things needed to provide at interview

Valid Driver License

Social security Card

Legible Birth Certificate

High School Diploma or Transcripts

Nursing License

Proof of CPR / First Aid / AED

BLS as well

We will run a FBI/BCI here in the office if you have provided us will all documents required.
