LOOMA BACKGROUND Looma exists to connect shoppers to the people and stories behind food & beverage products. Our first product, Loop™ At-Shelf Maker Stories, is a network of smart tablets in grocery stores that play short, human-centric films connecting producer to consumer. The data generated by Loop™ fuels our proprietary film production and optimization processes, forming a flywheel we believe will one day power the world's most sophisticated platform for human-centric point-of-decision video.

POSITION SUMMARY Reporting to the Director of Story Development, the Content Deployment Coordinator is primarily responsible for ensuring that the multitude of content pieces we create are deployed in the right places at the right times. The CDC will play a critical “traffic manager” role, building and maintaining a highly organized process to support the ever-increasing complexity of our campaign structures and distribution channel; and generally support Story Dev operations.

Candidates must be enthusiastic and adaptable project managers with acute attention to detail, eager to manage and continuously improve processes in a fast-moving environment.

We anticipate four primary sets of responsibilities:

    1. Campaign Playlist Management + Deployment (50%)
    2. Shopper Ed Content Management (30%)
    3. Process Improvements (10%)
    4. Misc Story Development Duties (10%)

    Campaign Playlist Management (50%)

    • Ensure that our sales and content development departments remain closely aligned on campaign bookings and subsequent production needs, including contacting brand partners to confirm reruns
    • Build, validate, and deploy content playlists to stores through our proprietary content distribution platform

    Shopper Ed Content Management (30%)

    • Develop, send, and manage surveys to gather inputs for educational content slides, and provide support to brand partners as needed
    • Review completed slides, manage approval process with brand partners, and upload files to our distribution platform

    Process Improvements (10%)

    • Constantly identify pain points in current processes and design solutions to increase efficiency and quality

    Misc. Story Development Duties (10%)

    • You'll be joining a small, fast-evolving team. What we're doing today is different than what we were doing six months ago. We include this as a nod to the likelihood you'll take on more than we originally anticipated — as we all do!

    ATTRIBUTES

    • Passionate about making commerce (especially the food system) more responsible and more human
    • Warm, brilliant, and poised under pressure, with a knack for quickly garnering trust from internal and external stakeholders
    • Unrelentingly organized and detail-oriented — the kind of person who saves the day by noticing one of forty file deliverables is misnamed
    • Excited about building and executing processes with high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
    • Able to articulate and contribute to our vision of building the world's most insightful and actionable storytelling platform
    • Excellent written communication; able to navigate delicate exchanges with brand partners and Looma colleagues to ensure best outcomes for both projects and relationships
    • Operationally excellent – able to manage dozens of projects and relationships in concert
    • Experience in media production (film, graphic design, etc.) is a plus

    STRUCTURE & COMPENSATION

Looma will provide a competitive compensation package consisting of base salary and stock options. All Looma compensation packages include cash/equity flexibility (i.e. you can opt for more equity and less cash or vice-versa).
