Stable medical device client in Irvine Spectrum seeking CSR with good stability and like background!  Immediate direct hire need!

• Customer Service Representative processes orders, prepares correspondence, and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction. Requires 3+ years of Customer Service experience.
• An understanding of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a manufacturing field is preferred
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and performs a variety of complicated tasks. Works under limited supervision; reports to a supervisor or manager.
• RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensure our customers receive excellent customer service
• Receive, validate, and process customer orders placed from phone, fax, or email
• Process and input high order volumes (60+ per day) into an ERP system
• Issue Customer Credits and process RGA's
• Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently
• Liaison between customers, sales team, and US operations team
• Critically think through complex inquiries and develop customer resolutions
• Provide Customers assistance with general inquiries via phone or email
• QUALIFICATION:
• Passionate about providing excellent customer service
• Minimum of three years in customer services role or have related industry experience
• Experience with training and/or coaching of peers.
• Experience in a role that has significant telephone work and enjoy this component of customer service
• Strong attention to detail; Ability to input multiple data transactions daily into an ERP system with high accuracy
• Excellent data entry abilities and proficiency in MS Office products are essential
• Capacity to work independently with little supervision
• Understanding of consignment and third party vendor management is a plus
