Stable medical device client in Irvine Spectrum seeking CSR with good stability and like background! Immediate direct hire need!
- Customer Service Representative processes orders, prepares correspondence, and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction. Requires 3+ years of Customer Service experience.
- An understanding of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a manufacturing field is preferred
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and performs a variety of complicated tasks. Works under limited supervision; reports to a supervisor or manager.
- RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure our customers receive excellent customer service
- Receive, validate, and process customer orders placed from phone, fax, or email
- Process and input high order volumes (60+ per day) into an ERP system
- Issue Customer Credits and process RGA's
- Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently
- Liaison between customers, sales team, and US operations team
- Critically think through complex inquiries and develop customer resolutions
- Provide Customers assistance with general inquiries via phone or email
- QUALIFICATION:
- Passionate about providing excellent customer service
- Minimum of three years in customer services role or have related industry experience
- Experience with training and/or coaching of peers.
- Experience in a role that has significant telephone work and enjoy this component of customer service
- Strong attention to detail; Ability to input multiple data transactions daily into an ERP system with high accuracy
- Excellent data entry abilities and proficiency in MS Office products are essential
- Capacity to work independently with little supervision
- Understanding of consignment and third party vendor management is a plus
