We are seeking an Agency Recruiter to join our team! You will run a full desk including placing candidates on Temporary, Temporary to Hire positions as well as Direct hire. Business development is part of the job as well. Work with a group of recruiters that are tenured at the job! LOOKING FOR AGENCY BACKGROUND WITH A BOOK OF BUSINESS.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees

• Work on a variety of positions including temporary, temporary to hire and direct hire jobs.

• Business development

• QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in an Agency running a full desk.

• Ability to build rapport with all employees

• Strong organizational skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work at a fast pace
