Title: Salesforce Administrator Department: Information & Media Technology Reports To: VP of IMT Status: Exempt Number of Employees Supervised: 0 Location: Los Angeles The Los Angeles Film School, a leader in entertainment arts education, is seeking candidates for the position of Salesforce Administrator. The Los Angeles Film School is an accredited college that specializes in entertainment and media arts education. Our campus is located in the heart of Hollywood with over 250,000 square feet of state-of-the-art classrooms and equipment. We offer a unique and fastpaced teaching and learning environment for our faculty and students. Primary Responsibilities: • Participate in the planning and analysis of business requirements for configuration changes and managed packages including bug fixing and maintenance • Implement and maintain Salesforce customizations such as security, sharing and visibility, approval processes, lightning components, process builder, validation rules and reporting • Assist in defining required features and mapping Salesforce features to client business processes • Map and load data into Salesforce using a data loading tool like Apex Data Loader • Participate in the creation and documentation of end user requirements • Create and maintain business processes in Salesforce.com using components such as: process builders, flows, workflow rules and approval processes • Support new user setup and training • Creating and maintaining custom reports and dashboards • Provide excellent support service including bug fixing and maintenance for internal Salesforce.com use Requirements: • 1+ years of experience in gathering and documenting requirements • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, and Community cloud is a plus • Salesforce certifications a strong plus • Very strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Ability to understand business concepts and evaluate the impact of business changes on systems • Be highly driven and able to self-manage in a fast paced environment • Knowledge of Lightning is a plus
