We are currently seeking to hire a Sales Associate to join our team! You will be responsible for direct customer relations as part of a collaborative team committed to understanding the needs of our guests and helping them attain their goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Sales and developing relations with our guests
• Continuing education
• Assist in implementing tasks as assigned
• Build and form new partnerships with guests
• Firearms transfers and receiving inventory

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field
• Communication skills
• Familiarity with firearms and their operation, and a willingness to learn
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to build rapport with guests
• Fluent or able to communicate in Spanish and English
• Computer literate
• Able to handle stressful situations calmly
• Able to pass criminal background check and eligible to purchase or possess firearms

Company Description

We are a full-service gun shop in the North Valley of Albuquerque. The shop opened in 1978 and has experienced steady growth throughout our history. Our guests are our most valuable resource, and we are looking to grow. The position is initially for 4 days a week (approximately 30 hours) but can easily grow to 40 hours for the right candidate.
